Our goal is to provide high-quality educational resources. However, due to the nature of digital content, we enforce a strict No-Refund Policy.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Once a subscription is purchased and access to the digital library (notes, simulators, tools) is granted, we cannot offer any refunds, exchanges, or money-back guarantees.

Why No Refunds?

Unlike physical goods, digital information cannot be "returned" once it has been accessed or viewed. By purchasing the subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

In the rare case of a technical error (e.g., double payment deducted), please contact us at no-reply@computer-engineering.app, and we will manually verify and resolve the issue.
